with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a 
full refund.

How to request a return:
1. Email contact@celestialltd.com with your order number
2. We respond within 24 hours with a prepaid return label (US)
3. Pack the item with all included accessories
4. Drop off at USPS or UPS

Refund timing: 5-10 business days after we receive the return.

Conditions:
- Original condition with carry case, goggles, cable, guide
- Items showing misuse, fire damage, or modification not eligible
- Used safety goggles non-returnable for hygiene (does not affect 
  refund on main unit)

Damaged/defective: Contact within 7 days, we send replacement free.
1-year warranty covers defects.
